Available Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal (including credit and debit cards processed through PayPal) and cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue payment methods at any time.

Purchases

Refund policy

A refund will only be initiated if a purchased domain is manually penalized by Google.

The refunded amount will be credited to your account balance (wallet), which can be used for future purchases.

Refunds are not possible if the purchased domain has been used in any of the following ways after purchase:

• Domain redirects
• Domain reselling
• Website building
• Change of registrant contact details
• Change of domain registrar accounts
• Change of domain registrars
• Change of nameservers
• Personal dissatisfaction after purchase

By accepting the Terms before purchase, you agree that domain name information cannot be advertised due to the reasons outlined above (third-party tools). You also agree that the domain name cannot be damaged in any way.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Account creation is available via:

• Manual registration (Full Name, Email, and Password required)
• Third-party authentication through Google

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username:

• The name of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.
• A name or trademark that is subject to rights of another person or entity.
• A name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

SERP DOMAINS is not responsible for the use, functionality, appearance, privacy policy, upkeep, or management of featured links. Should a problem arise with a featured link, the user should contact the appropriate author(s) with any questions or concerns.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. Such a decision shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, serp.domains may obtain equitable relief in any court to protect its intellectual property.
