This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through SerpDomains ("Platform"), operated by ATCMC General Solutions, Inc, 1326 E Commercial Blvd, PMB 3026, Oakland Park, FL 33334, United States.
Due to the nature of digital assets and domain transfers, all domain sales on SerpDomains are final. Domain names are unique digital assets and once ownership transfer is initiated, the transaction is considered irreversible. Refunds are granted only under the limited circumstances described below.
Domain Transfer and Order Fulfillment
Domain names are delivered through a domain transfer process. An order is considered fulfilled once the domain transfer has been initiated from SerpDomains’ side. Transfer initiation may include pushing the domain to the buyer’s registrar account, submitting a transfer request, providing an authorization code, initiating ownership transfer, completing required DNS changes, or any equivalent registrar-initiated transfer process.
Once the transfer process has been initiated, SerpDomains no longer has control over the domain. At this point, the order is considered delivered and fulfilled regardless of whether the buyer has accepted the transfer, whether the transfer remains pending, whether registrar emails are delayed, or whether the buyer has completed the required steps. This also applies to multi-domain purchases where one or more domains have already entered the transfer process.
Registrar Delays and Email Notifications
SerpDomains is not responsible for registrar-side delays, transfer approval delays, delayed email notifications, buyer registrar configuration issues, registrar system outages, or any third-party registrar processes beyond SerpDomains’ control.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may only be granted if the purchased domain has a verified Google Manual Action penalty that existed prior to the purchase date. The buyer must provide verifiable proof, such as a Google Search Console screenshot clearly showing the Manual Action affecting the domain. SerpDomains reserves the right to independently review and verify all submitted information before approving any refund request.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours after the domain transfer is completed. After this period, the domain is considered accepted and the sale is final.
Domain Condition After Purchase
Domain names are digital assets and cannot be physically damaged, returned, or restored once ownership transfer has been initiated. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that domain names are unique digital assets delivered in their existing condition at the time of transfer.
Because domains are digital assets, they cannot be considered damaged, defective, or returned in the same manner as physical goods. The buyer agrees that performance expectations, SEO outcomes, traffic levels, backlink changes, indexing behavior, or search engine visibility do not constitute damage or defect of the domain.
After transfer initiation or completion, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the domain. Any changes made after purchase may affect domain performance, backlink behavior, indexing, historical signals, or search engine visibility.
Modifications such as redirects, DNS changes, nameserver changes, registrar transfers, ownership updates, WHOIS changes, registrant changes, domain privacy enable or disable, hosting changes, CDN or proxy configuration, website deployment, content publication, domain parking, reselling, domain forwarding, domain restructuring, rebuild implementation, backlink profile changes, registrar lock modifications, technical configuration changes, or any other domain-level modification may alter the domain's original condition.
Any changes to domain configuration, infrastructure, ownership details, hosting environment, or technical settings may influence how search engines interpret and evaluate the domain.
Once any modification occurs, the domain is considered altered from its original delivered condition. In such cases, refunds are no longer possible. SerpDomains is not responsible for any performance changes that occur after transfer initiation or completion.
Additionally, third-party services, search engines, backlink providers, indexing systems, and SEO tools may update, remove, or modify domain-related data over time. Such changes are outside of SerpDomains’ control and do not constitute damage, defect, or misrepresentation of the domain.
By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms acceptance of the domain in its current condition and acknowledges that domain transactions are final once transfer initiation begins.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not granted for personal dissatisfaction, SEO expectations, traffic expectations, ranking expectations, backlink expectations, monetization expectations, or valuation expectations. Domains are sold as-is based on historical data and available information at the time of listing.
SerpDomains is also not responsible for changes in search engine behavior, indexing delays, backlink fluctuations, algorithm updates, or third-party tool data discrepancies.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after transfer initiation, transfer completion, or domain delivery is considered a violation of this Refund Policy. Domain transfers are non-reversible digital asset transactions and cannot be returned once initiated.
SerpDomains reserves the right to suspend accounts, permanently restrict platform access, provide transaction evidence to payment processors, and pursue recovery of funds where necessary.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible. Depending on the payment processor, refunds may take several business days to appear in the buyer’s account. In certain circumstances, SerpDomains reserves the right to issue refunds as account credit if required for operational, technical, or legal reasons.
Payment Processor and Digital Goods Policy
Buyer acknowledges that domain purchases are digital goods. Digital goods are non-returnable once delivered. Domain ownership transfer is irreversible and payment processors typically recognize domain transfers as fulfilled digital asset transactions.
Fraud Protection
SerpDomains reserves the right to refuse suspicious transactions, delay orders for manual review, request identity verification, or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Limitation of Liability
SerpDomains is not responsible for SEO performance, traffic performance, ranking outcomes, monetization potential, backlink retention, indexing timelines, or any third-party tool data. Domains are sold as-is and based on available information at the time of listing.
Final Agreement
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and the digital asset nature of domain name transactions. All domain sales are considered final once transfer initiation begins.
