These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SerpDomains platform ("Platform") operated by ATCMC General Solutions, Inc, located at 1326 E Commercial Blvd, PMB 3026, Oakland Park, FL 33334, United States. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, and purchasers. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these Terms.

SerpDomains reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SerpDomains operates as a curated digital asset platform focused on the acquisition, review, and sale of domain names. All domains listed on the Platform are offered directly by SerpDomains. Domains may originate from internal acquisitions, third-party submissions reviewed and approved by SerpDomains, partnerships, or other approved sources. Regardless of origin, SerpDomains is the seller of record for all transactions conducted through the Platform.

Buyers transact directly with SerpDomains, and SerpDomains is solely responsible for listing domains, setting prices, processing payments, and coordinating domain transfers. The Platform is not a peer-to-peer marketplace, and users do not transact directly with third parties.

SerpDomains reserves the right to determine which domains are listed, approved, rejected, or removed from the Platform at its sole discretion. SerpDomains may also modify domain listings, descriptions, pricing, availability, or remove listings at any time without prior notice.

SerpDomains may also update Platform functionality, listing criteria, review processes, domain presentation, and marketplace features at its sole discretion.

Domain names are digital assets and are not physical goods. Due to the nature of domain ownership and transfer processes, domain transactions are irreversible once transfer initiation begins. By purchasing a domain through SerpDomains, you acknowledge that domain names cannot be physically damaged, returned, or restored once ownership transfer has been initiated.

You further acknowledge that performance expectations, including search engine rankings, traffic levels, backlink stability, indexing status, monetization potential, or valuation expectations, do not constitute defects in the domain. Domains are sold in their existing condition at the time of transfer, and changes in performance may occur due to search engine updates, third-party services, domain history interpretation, or other factors outside SerpDomains’ control.

Buyers acknowledge that domain performance may vary over time and that search engines, third-party platforms, registrars, hosting providers, and external systems operate independently of SerpDomains.

Users acknowledge that domain ownership transfers involve technical and administrative changes that may influence domain behavior after transfer. These may include registrar updates, WHOIS updates, nameserver changes, DNS configuration changes, hosting configuration, ownership changes, or other domain-level modifications. Such changes are outside of SerpDomains’ control and do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation of the domain.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You also confirm that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted for purchases.

SerpDomains reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or restrict use of the Platform to any user at its sole discretion, including situations involving suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or suspicious transaction behavior.

Certain features of the Platform may require account creation. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the security of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must notify SerpDomains immediately. SerpDomains is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

SerpDomains reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, attempt to manipulate transactions, or misuse Platform functionality.

SerpDomains may also suspend accounts during fraud investigation, payment disputes, or suspicious transaction review.

All domains listed on SerpDomains are offered at fixed prices unless otherwise stated. SerpDomains reserves the right to modify pricing, remove listings, update availability, or cancel listings at any time.

In the event of pricing errors, listing errors, technical issues, or availability conflicts, SerpDomains reserves the right to cancel or refuse affected transactions.

Domain availability is not guaranteed until transfer initiation has begun. In rare cases where a domain becomes unavailable prior to transfer initiation, SerpDomains reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that you understand the irreversible nature of domain transfers. You also acknowledge that you have reviewed domain information and accept the domain in its existing condition.

SerpDomains reserves the right to reject or cancel transactions, delay transactions for review, request identity verification, or restrict purchases where suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected.

SerpDomains may also place temporary holds on transactions while conducting internal reviews, fraud checks, compliance checks, or payment processor verification.

Domain transfers are completed through third-party registrars. Transfer timing may vary depending on registrar policies, transfer methods, and buyer response time. Transfer initiation may include registrar push, authorization code delivery, transfer request submission, or other registrar-level transfer processes.

Once transfer initiation begins, the transaction is considered fulfilled. SerpDomains is not responsible for registrar delays, transfer delays, email delivery delays, buyer registrar issues, registrar configuration issues, or other third-party technical problems.

Buyers are responsible for completing any registrar-side actions required to finalize transfers.

SerpDomains is not responsible for transfer delays caused by registrar policies, domain locks, WHOIS verification requirements, or domain transfer restrictions.

SerpDomains accepts various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and other supported payment processors. Payment processors operate independently and may apply their own policies and verification requirements.

SerpDomains reserves the right to reject payments, delay suspicious transactions, cancel fraudulent orders, or request identity verification. Payment processing delays caused by third-party processors are outside SerpDomains’ control.

Refunds are governed by the SerpDomains Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, users acknowledge that domain transactions are final once transfer initiation begins.

Refund eligibility is limited and subject to verification as described in the Refund Policy. Refund requests may be reviewed and evaluated at SerpDomains’ discretion.

Initiating a chargeback after transfer initiation or completion constitutes a violation of these Terms. SerpDomains reserves the right to suspend accounts, restrict access, provide transaction evidence to payment processors, and pursue recovery of funds where applicable.

Users acknowledge that domain transfers are non-reversible digital asset transactions.

SerpDomains reserves the right to permanently restrict access for users initiating fraudulent chargebacks.

SerpDomains may display third-party metrics such as SEO data, backlink information, traffic estimates, and historical information. Such information is provided for reference purposes only.

SerpDomains does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of third-party data. Third-party data providers may update or modify data at any time.

SerpDomains does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or third-party outages.

SerpDomains reserves the right to modify or suspend Platform functionality at any time.

Domains are sold as-is. SerpDomains does not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, monetization, backlink retention, or valuation.

SerpDomains makes no guarantees regarding domain performance following transfer, including indexing behavior, backlink persistence, search engine interpretation, ranking changes, traffic variations, monetization potential, or third-party data consistency.

Search engine behavior may change at any time and may affect domain performance.

SerpDomains reserves the right to verify identity, cancel suspicious transactions, suspend accounts, restrict platform access, or block users engaging in suspicious activity.

Fraud prevention measures may be implemented without prior notice.

All Platform content, branding, and materials are owned by SerpDomains unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate listings, interfere with operations, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SerpDomains and ATCMC General Solutions, Inc from claims arising from Platform use, violations, or transactions.

SerpDomains is not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control including outages, registrar failures, internet disruptions, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.

SerpDomains reserves the right to modify or discontinue Platform features at any time.

SerpDomains may assign or transfer its rights under these Terms.

These Terms are governed by United States law and Florida jurisdiction.

These Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
